Get in touch
Call, email or send a website enquiry. No referral is needed to make first contact. Amanda will discuss whether SHEOAK Clinical Psychology is the right fit for your needs.

Obtain a referral if needed
To access Medicare rebates, you will need a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP or a referral from a Psychiatrist or Paediatrician. Amanda can guide you through this process if you are unsure.

Book your first session
Choose face-to-face in Cleve or Telehealth via MS Teams or phone. Amanda will support you to get connected and feel prepared before your first appointment.

Your privacy is protected
In regional communities, confidentiality is not just a policy — it is a fundamental requirement. SHEOAK Clinical Psychology operates under the Ahpra Code of Conduct for Psychologist's strict ethical guidelines on confidentiality, and Amanda takes this responsibility seriously.
Even if Amanda knows someone you know, your visit and your information remain completely private.

Medicare Rebate
Clients with a valid Mental Health Care Plan receive a partial Medicare rebate. A MHCP can be obtained from your GP, Psychiatrist or Paediatrician.

Private health insurance
If you are not receiving a Medicare rebate, your private health insurer may offer a rebate for Clinical Psychology services. Check with your provider directly.

Fees & payment
Fees are discussed when you first make contact to discuss your referral. Payment is due on the day of service by bank transfer or cash (no credit card facilities are available).
