ABOUT AMANDA
I have worked as a Clinical Psychologist for 20 years in private practice and with a range of Government services, including Disability Services, Juvenile Justice and Mental Health. I have experience working with a range of mental health issues across the lifespan with children, adolescents, and adults.
My gentle, frank and curious nature helps clients from a range of backgrounds feel comfortable in sessions. Each person is different, so I see myself as walking alongside my clients, providing as much guidance as they need in each moment. This is my favourite aspect of my work that I am always learning about people and growing in my practice.
I have a range of approaches I can use and am always guided by the client's preferences, seeking feedback at each stage and working transparently. Together we can define your goals, assess the issues, plan a treatment approach, and measure the outcomes.
