You are welcome to refer yourself. Contact Amanda by phone, email, or through the website enquiry form. If you need a Mental Health Care Plan, Amanda can guide you through obtaining a GP referral.

Please use whatever referral process suits your practice. Referrals can be submitted by email or online. Amanda is available to speak by phone if you would like more information before referring.
